Crews were able to locate the damaged fiber (cause: gunshot) in a remote area and work around the damage and restore services. If you continue to have issues please reach out to our Helpdesk.

Crews have identified a damaged fiber section that is affecting a subset of customers (~10) in the Enterprise substation.
Crews are onsite and working the issue and more updates will be posted as they are available.
