UPDATE 1/6 16:39 : Maintenance

The upstream provider has isolated the issue to a facility in Memphis, TN experiencing an environmental event. Mitigations are in place, and they are monitoring closely until permanent repairs are feasible. NESPARC circuits are operating normally and a notice will be posted here if any other maintenance is planned or unexpected issues arise.

UPDATE 1/6 14:39 : Investigating

The DIA internet circuit issue has cleared and traffic flow is back to normal. The upstream provider continues to escalate to investigate the cause, and we are closely monitoring the circuit.

Our backup circuits are functional and traffic is flowing as expected. You may have noticed a small interruption in services during the failover. Upstream providers have been engaged to investigate the issue. More updates to follow.

DIA ISSUE : Investigating

We are aware of an issue with one of our DIA Internet connections out of our main datacenter. Engineers are currently investigating.
