Purpose: Gigaspire Router Firmware Upgrades
System(s) Affected: NESPARC-provided Calix GS4220 routers
NOTE: Once updated, the LED on the router will be GREEN instead of the previous CYAN color. The router will also reboot to complete the firmware update.
As part of our continued efforts to optimize subscriber experience and improve our network, starting Jan 11 at 02:00 am and running until 04:00 am, repeating Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday weekly, we will apply firmware updates to our deployed Calix routers. These firmware updates improve security and performance, and also include fixes for known issues.
NOTE: This maintenance will NOT affect customers using their own routers.
