Hardware is back online and impacted services have been restored.

After further investigation, engineers have determined there is a possible hardware issue in the substation. We will reboot a card in one of the shelves shortly to address the issue.
Subscribers may need to power cycle their equipment once the card comes back online. Rebooting should take less than 5 minutes.
