PM : HQ / Sardis Lake Software Upgrades : Planned Maintenance

Purpose: Network Software Upgrades
System(s) Affected: HQ and Sardis Lake Substations
As part of our continued efforts to optimize subscriber experience and improve our network, starting Feb 16 at 1:00 am and running until 04:00 am, we will apply software updates to our hardware in these two substations. These updates improve security and performance, and also include fixes for known issues.
There will be brief interruptions in services as the hardware is restarted. These interruptions should last around 10-15 minutes.
