This issue has been resolved. If you continue to have problems, please contact our Helpdesk.

Once technicians are on-site, some physical hardware work will be necessary and could cause some brief (~8-10 minutes) disruptions in service while hardware is repaired.

Around 3:45 pm we noticed a hardware abnormality that could cause service issues for some subscribers in the Enterprise Substation.. We have identified the issue and have technicians en route to resolve.
