MAINTENANCE : Scheduled / On-Going
In order to keep our NESPARC systems operating optimally, engineers will be scheduling software maintenance and upgrades during our Scheduled Maintenance Windows (midnight - 06:00am) over the next few weeks. These upgrades will push new firmware to our subscriber Gigaspire routers.
The workflow will push a software upgrade and restart the router to apply it, resulting in an interruption in service lasting approx. 5 minutes. There may be as many as 2 reboots of the equipment depending on the current firmware version.
