Maintenance was performed last night but did not resolve the issue. Tonight at midnight, (1/29 00:00 ) engineers will perform additional maintenance on Cornersville shelf 1 to resolve the issues. The hardware will be power-cycled and services will be impacted Cornersville and Waterford Customers. The service impact should last approx. 15 minutes.

In order to resolve a software issue preventing subscrib er provisioning, engineers will restart Cornersville Shelf 1 tonight during the maintenance window (1/28 02:00am). This will impact services for a subset of customers in the Cornersville area and the service impact should be less than 10 minutes, while the shelf restarts.
