Primary repairs to the fiber have been concluded and the majority of customers are back online. Work continues for the few customers that are currently still offline.

Damage to mainline in Grand Oaks Subdivision: Repairing
A boring crew damaged mainline fiber in the Grand Oaks Subdivision. Immediately, a small number of customers went offline. As repairs continue, services may be affected temporarily for other in the neighborhood.
