PLANNED OUTAGE: notice

On Tuesday May 9, 2023 at 8:00am NESPARC will conduct a planned outage to repair severely damaged mainline fiber in the Cornersville 214 Circuit.

This outage will affect all subscribers WEST of 4125 HWY 349 SOUTH on the Cornersville 214 Circuit, and ALL subscribers served out of the Waterford substation.

Crews have prepped cables and enclosures to minimize the downtime required for the cable replacement, and will work as quickly as possible to restore services. We expect full restoration to be complete within 3 to 4 hours, although most customers will have services restored in real time as splicing is completed.

Any updates, as well as a completion notice will be posted here when repairs are complete. We appreciate your patience during this process to keep the network operating optimally, and apologize for the inconvenience.
