UPDATE // Maintenance CompleteThe emergency maintenance is now complete and services verified back operational. A race condition was experienced causing an unplanned, service interrupting issue. The issue was corrected and a workaround put in place to prevent future events on this particular equipment. NOTICE: EMERGENCY ROUTER MAINTENANCE // ENTERPRISE
EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE: due to an unplanned equipment issue, we must make an emergency change to one of the core routers on our network in the Enterprise area. This could affect services to subscribers in the Ingomar, Ecru, Friendship, Cairo, Enterprise, Potts Camp, Martintown, Hickory Flat, Cornersville, and Waterford areas. We do not expect this issue to impact ALL customers in these areas. The maintenance should take about 15 minutes to perform. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
