Teams have identifed the damaged mainline fiber and are working to restore services as quickly as possible. Some additional customers may experience brief (less than 30 seconds) interruptions as we test other fibers in the cable.

We are currently seeing alarms for roughly 70 customers in the Cross Creek, Yocona Ridge, and surrounding areas. Crews are investigating currently to locate the issue.
