Splicing is complete and cable is tested. Services should be restored to all subscribers. Thank you for your patience during this event.
10:30pm Repairs In Progress
Splicing is well underway and the interconnect fibers to other hhuts have been splied. Splicing on other tubes continues. Subscribers should start seeing services restored.
09:14pm Repairs in Progress
Construction is complete, and the vaults have been set. Cables are prepped and splicing is in progress. No ETR at this time but crews are working to complete repairs as quickly as possible.

06:09PM Repairs in Progress
A 144ct main trunk cable was cut near Ricky D Britt Drive on the Thacker 214 circuit. Multiple entities are engaged and on-site working to repair the complex damage as quickly as possible. Construction and splice crews are on site. No ETR is available at this time. Updates will be posted here as they are avaialble.

We are currently seeing alarms in the Thacker substation, affecting subscribers on Hwy 6 West, West Oxford Loop, Wellsgate, and surrounding areas. Crews are investigating.
