AFFECTED SYSTEMS: hq-dia
10:01 PM 12/07 ‘Monitoring’
After monitoring, circuit health is good and no issues persist. Traffic is flowing normally.
Resolved issue.
3:33 PM 12/07 ‘Monitoring’
Loop tests verified no errors on the circuit. Traffic is flowing normally and engineers are monitoring for any issues. In the event additional events occur, traffic will be shifted over to another circuit.
More updates as they become available.
2:06 PM 12/07 ‘Testing’
Upstream provider has requested traffic test to verify circuit. We will briefly switch traffic back over to the affected circuit to check for errors. Subscribers may notice a brief interruption while routes converge.
More updates as they become available.
10:18 AM 12/07 ‘Investigating’
Upstream provider has located equipment errors between Memphis TN, and Oxford, MS and a field engineer is en-route to perform further testing.
More updates as they become available.
7:24 AM 12/07 ‘Monitoring’
Upstream testing and analysis of the affected circuit continues.
More updates as they become available.
9:24 PM 12/06 ‘Monitoring’
Subscriber services are functioning normally. Engineers continue to work with the upstream provider to isolate the issue on the affected circuit.
More updates as they become available.
6:24 PM 12/06 ‘Mitigating’
After investigation, the DIA circuit continued to have stability issues. Engineers re-routed traffic via different circuit, and services should be restored. Engineers continue to work with the upstream provider on the affected circuit.
More updates as they become available.
6:06 PM 12/06 ‘Investigating’
One of our DIA backbone circuits is experiencing some degredation. Engineers are investigating and preparing mitigation measures. All backup circuits are functional and operating normally. Some brief service interruptions may surface as failover processes engage and routes are re-learned.
More updates as they become available.
