Please see the below announcement from our subscriber hardware provider (Calix). This issue affects speed test via our CommandIQ app, managing devices via the CommandIQ app, and other features dependant on the cloud services. We will update as we have more information.
Partial Outage: [Calix Cloud] Calix systems are unable to connect to Calix Telemetry Service. Issue: We are currently investigating issues with Calix CPEs being unable to connect to Calix Telemetry Service.
If Calix CPE is in a Degraded state due to Calix Telemetry Service, it will affect features depending on Calix Telemetry Service.
This will include features like Speed Testing, Telemetry Data for Client Devices, onboarding systems with CommandIQ/CommandWorx, and managing systems by the end subscribers using CommandIQ/CommandWorx.
Impact: The impact of this issue is currently limited to US Calix Cloud. At this moment we’re seeing the majority of the systems in the Connected state. We are continuing to monitor the impact and will make adjustments to the severity and impact based on available data.
Workarounds: There are no established workarounds at this time.
Our Cloud team is actively investigating this issue. We will keep providing regular updates until the resolution of this issue.
