The upstream provider has stabilized the circuit and it is running clean with no errors.
Sunday 01/07 4:42pm HQ DIA Taking Errors
One of our DIA circuits homed out of HQ is experiencing some framing errors, causing some periodic degredations in services. Upstream provider is working to isolate the issue and NESPARC engineers are doing additional troubleshooting and mitigation evaluations.
Short blips are to be expected in services as circuits re-route to backup and return.
We are working to mitigate the issue as quickly as possible. More info will be provided here as it is available.
