The upstream provider identified multiple issues on the transport path with issues affecting a large number of circuits, and was able to mitigate and repair the issue in a timely fashion. The Enterprise DIA circuit is now operating normally.

Our Enterprise DIA circuit has experienced an event. Subscriber traffic has failed over to backup and is flowing normally to the internet.
Engineers are working to identify the issue and the upstream provider has been engaged.
