On Friday Jan 26 2024 at 8:29, NESPARC performed unexpected emergency maintenance on two pieces of equipment in the main datacenter to resolve an issue affected a subset of subscribers. This maintenance caused a brief (less than 8 minutes) interruption in services for a subset of subscribers on the west side of our network. The issue was resolved quickly and services are operating normally for all affected subscribers at this time.
