Pontotoc EPA has completed replacing electric lines, and NESPARC crews have comepled fiber repairs. If you continue to have issues, please contact our helpdesk.
Thu Mar 15 2024 // 11:30am: Repairs in Progress
Pontotoc EPA is working to restore power to the affected areas, and replace broken poles. NESPARC crews are onsite and have tested fiber in the locations where trees were on the lines and lines were down. We are awaiting electric crews to complete work.
Thu Mar 15 2024 // 03:30am: Assessing Damage
Pontotoc EPA has broken poles in the area of HWY 341 and other areas serviced by our Algoma substation. This storm damage is causing significant disruptions in fiber services in this area. Crews are assessing the situation. We do not have an ETR at this time. We will post more updates here as they are available.
