Earlier this morning, many subscribers began to report issues with access or slowness to some sites across the internet. NE’s engineering team quickly began investigating this issue.
The issue seems to be on a much larger scale, affecting most major services across the world, and was not NE Sparc or ISP-related, which is evidenced by the large spikes in major services on https://downdetector.com
Services seem to be operating normally now.
