We identified damnaged mainline on Hwy 336 and crews are working to replace and resplice the mainline fiber.

We are aware of an outage affect some subscribers on Hwy 336 in Thaxton, and on Sewell Rd in Thaxton. Crews are enroute to investigate and repair. There is no ETR at this time. More details will be shared when available.
