Crews have identified a mainline fiber torn down over Hwy 328. New fiber is being hung and splicers are preparing to start work.

We are aware of an outage affecting some subscribers on Hwy 328 and Cotton Rd in the Taylor Area. Crews are enroute to investigate and repair. There is no ETR at this time. More details will be shared when available.
