We were able to reroute some transport fiber around the damage, and restore services affected by this outage. More investigation will be performed in the morning. At this time subscriber services should be restored. If you continue to have issues, please reach out to our helpdesk. We will create a new maintenance notification and post here should we need to perform service-affecting repairs after tomorrows investigation.

We are aware of an outage affecting some areas around the Bethlehem area, and all subscribers fed out of the Waterford substation. Crews have located the damaged 144ct mainline and are assessing the damage. Repairs will begin ASAP. There is no ETR at this time.
