Beginning Tuesday May 8 2025 at 11:59 PM, NE Fiber will perform scheduled maintenance each night during our defined maintenance windows to upgrade the firmware on our subscribers’ Calix CPR routers. This upgrade ensures future functionality and compatibility with our support solutions and improves subscriber experience.

We appreciate your patience while we work to continually improve the resiliency of our network. Thanks for using NESPARC.
